At Silver Rain Silver, we want you to love your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Silver Rain Silver gift box and secure it in a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
